Q#1: Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we can ship globally. Shipping rates vary depending on your location.

Q#2: Do you offer same day delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not offer same day delivery.

Q#3: I just placed my order. Can I cancel it?

Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. It gets processed at a separate facility for shipping and cannot be intercepted. Please be sure before placing your order.

Q#4: Can I add/remove products from my order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or edited in any form.

Q#5: I placed an order and it was cancelled the same day. What happened?

There are a variety of reasons why your order may have been canceled. Please email us and we will look into it right away. We try our best to respond to emails within 48 hours with the exception of weekends and public holidays that may cause delays.

Q#6: Can I track my packages online?

You can easily track your package with the tracking information that will emailed to you after the product has shipped. Please be patient with orders made over the weekend or on public holidays.

Q#7: When will you get more products?

We are a small growing business. We aim to expand our product line with your support. Please share our site and product links to grow our community. It will enable us to add more product categories if we see there is a demand. You can also email us with your suggestions. We appreciate any feedback.
